Raw Material Handling System

Intelligent Batching Machine: Utilizes high-precision sensors to automatically weigh and proportion raw materials such as corn and soybean meal, supporting multi-bin linkage and recipe switching.

High-Efficiency Pulverizer: The water-drop pulverizer controls raw material particle size within an optimal range to meet the digestive needs of different poultry species.

Double-Shaft Mixer: Provides fast mixing speed and high mixing uniformity.

Ring Die Pelletizer: High-temperature and high-pressure extrusion converts powdered feed into pellets with adjustable hardness to suit different poultry species, such as chickens and ducks.

Enclosed Conveying Pipeline: Spiral or pneumatic conveying systems reduce dust emission and are equipped with pulse dust removal equipment.
